Disney Day #4 - Epcot

Epcot:  We LOVED Epcot!  If the girls wouldn't have voted for Magic Kingdom to go to on Friday, we would have come back here.  There are not that many rides, but we loved going through the countries!

We got to Epcot late and let the girls sleep in.  We knew we would be there late.  Once we got there, we ran to fast pass Soarin'.  Then we stood in line for Nemo & Friends.  (The wait was only about 25 minutes.)  It was a neat ride.  Not only did you ride, but you also walked through an aquarium.  We spent a long time in here.  We rode through and saw Nemo and his friends first!

Seagulls say "Mine, Mine, Mine!"  Scared me the first time!

After we left Nemo, we were STARVING!  We went to the Liberty Inn, since we have picky eaters!  It was pretty good!  Beware!  The band comes in pretty loud, but it's pretty awesome!

After we ate, we headed to China!  We had to get the girls an umbrella because it was hot and they were so cute!!  While we were taking the girls to the Kidscot, we found out that Epcot has a passport kit that comes with a button, a passport, and stamps that have the monuments in each country at Epcot on them.  So, of course we had to go find one!  We visited each country to get a stamp from each country!  We went to Mexico, Norway, China, Italy, USA, & then Japan.  Our favorite countries we visited were Mexico & Japan. The phone booths below were by the United Kingdom!  The girls loved them!

In Mexico, you go inside (air conditioning, yay!) to an "outdoor" Mexican village.  You can look at their stands and feel like you have been transported to Mexico.  You can take Donald's boat ride in Mexico, also!  The girls LOVED it!  Ellee had to get a hand painted Elephant Piggy Bank (Mexican Art) because it was beautiful!

After Mexico, we met Duffy, Mickey's favorite toy!  Baylee had gotten her own Duffy Bear and clothes earlier in the week, so she was so excited to tell him all about it!

We ran into Princess Aurora!  I knew we were going to see her at Cinderella's Castle, but I wanted to make 100% sure that we got her autograph and picture!  The girls didn't mind meeting her both days!

In Japan, you can go into the Japenese Market and pick a clam.  The Japenese Worker will open the clam and pull out a pearl.  The girls loved doing it!  We didn't mount it on jewelry, but you can.  We put in a bottle to save and keep safe!  (Ellee has a facination with pearls, so it was a perfect gift!)

After we finished walking through the countries, it was time to ride Soarin' and then watch the fireworks.  The fireworks at Epcot were amazing!  Then we ran to ride The Land and called it a night!  We loved Epcot and learned so much!
