Disney Day # 3 - Hollywood Studios

Today, we overslept (only about an hour)!  All the going has gotten to us!  We arrived at Hollywood Studios about 10 and man was it crowded!

We ran to the Rockin' Roller Coaster to ride!  We stood in line for a bit, but it wasn't moving.  (They were doing some work on it)!  So we fast passed it!  We decided to go to the Tower of Terror!  Wow!  This was awesome!  The girls were super scared, but it has been the talk of the day!  So much fun!!

After we got off of the Tower of Terror, we were starving!  We headed to a restaurant! On the way, we saw the end of the Disney Channel Live Show!  It was awesome! So, we decided to go back later to see the whole thing.

After the show, we went to the Backlot Restaurant.  (This restaurant was the only quick service that let you refill your drinks!)  It was pretty good.  Then we went back to the Disney Channel Live Show.  The girls even went up to dance with the performers!

After the show, we took the girls to get their face painted!  The painters did an awesome job!

On our way walking to the Rockin' Roller Coaster, a man and a woman walked up and started a little show.  The girls loved it!  There names were Jack Diamond and Derevay.  It is a must see!

After we left this show, we headed off to the Rockin' Roller Coaster.  Well, to our surprise, the Cast Members would not let Baylee on this ride.  We knew there was a question, but we asked before we stood in line in the a.m.  We were upset, but Jeremy made two people happy by giving Baylee and his ticket to others.  We had already decided that we weren't going to split up because she could ride everything.  (We left her wedge flip flops at home and that would have made her tall enough.  They barely could slip a finger between the top of her head and the line.  But, the Cast Member working the line earlier, was letting her on the ride.  We would have never wasted her fast pass for it, if we thought there was a chance she couldn't go on the ride).  But, I took Ellee on the ride.  She loved it!  It was SOOOO fast!  :)  Here are some pictures from the ride!

After we left the Rockin' Roller Coaster, we went and saw the Beauty and the Beast Show.  It was pretty good!  The girls loved it!!  Next, Jeremy and I decided to talk to Guest Services.  Someone had told us that if anything happens and we are disappointed, to let them know in Guest Services.  They want your experience to be wonderful and EVERY park!  So, we went to Guest Services and told them that Baylee had been told she could ride it and the fast pass held up our chance to FP the  Toy Story Ride, so they gave us a FP to ride at anytime for any ride in the park!  We were so glad we went!  :)

After leaving Guest Services, we went to the Backlot ride!  It was awesome!  AND, Jeremy was picked to be a volunteer in a stunt movie.  Hope you can watch it (the website is down now, so I'll have to update later)!!  They showed how they make the students in the movies.

After the show, you walk through the prop room out to the ride.  We saw several props we recognized!!!

Once we got on the ride, we saw some places we hadn't seen before!  It was great!!

At the end of the ride, you were able to exit and see some costumes.  Ellee's favorite character from Alice in the Wonderland was there!  Can you guess which one it was??

After the Backlot ride, we went to Star Wars!  I really wasn't planning to like this ride, but we did!!

After Star Wars, it was time to ride Toy Story!  This ride was a blast!  No wonder it had a LONG wait time and an impossible to get (unless you get there early FP).

After Toy Story, Jeremy wasn't feeling too hot from the Star Wars ride, wheenie! So he stood outside while we took pictures with Woody and Buzz!!  During the wait, the girls had fun haming it up for pictures!!!

Finally, time for Buzz and Woody!!

When we came out from Buzz and Woody, it was POURING!  We got pancho'd up and went back to the room to change for Chef Mickey's!  (AWESOME DINNER and perfect for the kiddos to meet most of the Classic Characters!  Seeing their faces made the whole trip worth whiled!

The Contemporary Resort (My first choice to stay!  Looks like we'll try next time!)

So excited to see Minnie Mouse!

Baylee is SO excited about the characters!

Food was delicious!  Everything was Mickey shaped for the kiddos!  See their desserts they were able to decorate!

After we left, we walked around the property!  We loved it!  The pool was awesome and we watched a light show by the pool and saw some of Magic Kingdom's fireworks!  Definatly a must if you go to Magic Kingdom!

Today was awesome!  We really enjoyed everything today!!  I could feel the Magic all day long!!  Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings at Epcot!
